The Polars - Assisted Living Properties

This project on the Isle of Wight features a thoughtfully designed community consisting of 16 supported living flats, 6 bungalows (also designed for assisted living) and 24 private homes. The design navigates the site’s complex levels while embracing a clean, contemporary aesthetic. With a simple material palette, the aim is to create a modern and inviting environment for residents. Planning permission was granted in 2023, marking an exciting step forward for this development.
