St Peters Hall - Student Accommodation

This site in Hinton Road, in the center Bournemouth was most recently used as a nightclub.

The original building was added to and changed over many years, and as such there was very little of the original building left to salvage.

We managed to achieve several consents on the site, first for commercial spaces on the ground floors and student flats above.

The site is constrained on all 4 sides, and the process of getting onto site was through numerous design team meetings between contractor, structural engineer, building control, client and QS to ensure that nothing had been missed.
