Radcliffe Court - Award Winning, Luxury Apartment

We were approached to help get an approval on a site that other practices were struggling to get to work. The local authority was reluctant to see the loss of the existing building, but once it was proven to be nonviable, we designed building that mirrored the Art Deco vernacular of this area of Bournemouth.

The flats are large luxury flats and the design was praised for being in keeping, whilst offering a contemporary addition to the area
