Castle Keep

Bungalow bought by a property developer in a fantastic location a stones throw from the beach with direct access. We were asked for how to be remodel the scheme, and this is how it ended up. Additional gables to the front to give a more appealing front elevation, then high quality materials. As with all out schemes, the building had some form of renewable energy - and for this one it was an Air Source Heat Pump to ensure better energy efficiency, but also to achieve the requirements of Part L. Exciting internal spaces were critical to the final designs.
