Old Bike Shop 983 - Holiday Let Property

The project was the conversion of a derelict old bike shop into two modern one-bedroom holiday flats, just a stone's throw from the sandy beaches of Southbourne! Working with tight space and budget constraints, we maximized every inch to create a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, featuring a space saving built-in dining bench seat and full bi-fold doors that open out to the courtyard garden.

Each flat includes a large bedroom, a cosy living room, and a stylish, modern shower room. We’ve blended new and upcycled furniture with quirky decor to give each space a unique charm that’s perfect for the holiday rental market.
